SELLERS:
When you schedule an appointment with Faith to discuss selling your home, she will ask you a few questions so she can assist you in the best way possible. Once the preliminary questions are done, she will perform an in-depth review of the real estate market in your neighborhood and surrounding areas. Next, she will meet with you to preview your home, provide suggestions to make the home market-ready, discuss your tailor-made marketing plan and then provide you with the exclusive listing agreement. Your privacy and trust are valued, so rest assure that client confidentiality will be respected.
